Due to the nature of our items being handmade : (cosmetic products like Lipglosses, Lipoils, and Lipscrubs), we cannot accept any returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Please make sure that you are completely satisfied with your order before completing your purchase. Rush Shipping: If you need your order sooner, we offer rush shipping options. Rush shipping typically takes 2-4 business days to process and deliver. If you choose this option, your order will be prioritized for quicker handling. Please note that rush shipping does not guarantee delivery on a specific date but ensures that the order will be expedited.

Apartment Orders: If you live in an apartment or have a unit number, please make sure to include your apartment number during checkout. This is crucial for ensuring that your package is delivered accurately and promptly. We are not responsible for delays or mis- deliveries if an apartment number is not provided or entered incorrectly.

International Orders:

Full Shipping Payment: If you are an international customer, it is your responsibility to ensure that the full shipping cost for your order is paid at the time of purchase. Please be advised shipping cost varies depending on the weight of your package & the country you are located in. Failure to pay the complete shipping amount will result in the automatic cancellation of your order and a full refund of your purchase price
