Refunds are only acceptable if the wrong item/items were sent in the mail. You have the option to get a refund for the specific item that was shipped incorrectly or you have the option to choose another item from our site to be shipped out to you in the amount that you paid. (MUST BE SIMILAR IN PRICE) 

Our Lipglosses, Lipoils, & Lipscrubs are cocktail based scented - Must be 17+ to order. IF UNDER 17, PLEASE SPEAK TO AN ADULT BEFORE PURCHASING!!!

Shipping/Processing takes up to 5-7 business days. Rush shipping takes up to 2-5 business days.

If you live in an apartment please be sure to provide us with the apartment number when entering your address during checkout.
 
We are not responsible for any packages lost in the mail. If you ordered from us, and your package is lost please contact your local USPS about your package with your tracking number.

For my International buyers, IF YOU DO NOT PAY THE FULL SHIPPING AMOUNT FOR YOUR ORDER, WE WILL CANCEL THE ORDER AND MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED! DISCOUNTS FOR OUR INTERNATIONAL BABES WILL BE PROVIDED ON OUR SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS THROUGHOUT SEASON.
